In this seasonal role running through April 2026, you’ll deliver high-quality, empathetic service to shareholders while growing professionally within a supportive, inclusive environment. You will handle inquiries ranging from routine account updates to complex, time-sensitive transactions, using technology and problem-solving skills to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Address shareholder inquiries, from routine account updates to complex transactions.

  • Adjust communication style and tone to meet the needs of each customer.

  • Use company systems to track, manage, and resolve inquiries efficiently.

  • Collaborate with team members, share ideas, and contribute to process improvements.

  • Participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program to gain knowledge and skills necessary for success.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Remote, United States-based position

  • Shift Options: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET or 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM ET

  • Base pay: $20 per hour

  • Seasonal role expected through April 2026
