Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Address shareholder inquiries, from routine account updates to complex transactions.

Adjust communication style and tone to meet the needs of each customer.

Use company systems to track, manage, and resolve inquiries efficiently.

Collaborate with team members, share ideas, and contribute to process improvements.

Participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program to gain knowledge and skills necessary for success.
