Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Experience Advocate to join our remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Connecteam’s platform. Your role will involve troubleshooting, providing guidance, and educating clients while enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Working Hours:

Mon-Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

One shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients across multiple communication channels.

Resolve incoming tickets promptly and prioritize tasks to ensure excellent customer service.

Educate clients on Connecteam best practices tailored to their business needs.

Provide live feedback to the Customer Success team on missing capabilities, feature requests, and time-saving opportunities.

Maintain a service-oriented attitude and deliver high performance in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a client-facing role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Service-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Strong time management and ability to work independently.
