Your Role as a Customer Support Assistant
As a Customer Support Assistant, you will:

Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and university partners.

Handle resident concerns, log maintenance requests, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist with parcel management, loaning essential items, and coordinating social events.

Conduct building inspections, ensuring communal spaces are clean and safe.

Support new team members and provide training assistance.

Maintain Health & Safety and Fire Safety standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in hospitality, retail, or student accommodation is a plus!
