The Role: Customer Support Consultant

Join our Service Control Team as a Customer Support Consultant, where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients using our award-winning software solutions. You’ll provide timely, accurate, and friendly support—ensuring that every interaction is a great customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer enquiries via multiple support channels

  • Logging and categorising Incidents/Requests in our support ticketing system

  • Triaging and resolving issues as First Line Support

  • Managing your own queue of open support tickets

  • Collaborating with the team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Providing a consistent and world-class support experience to our clients

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills:

  • 1+ year experience in customer service or tech support

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Able to work independently and within a team

  • Experience with KPIs/SLAs

Desirable (not essential):

  • ITIL Foundation V4

  • Understanding of the estate/lettings agency sector

What Success Looks Like

By Month 1:

  • Understand your role and the tools you’ll use daily

By Month 3:

  • Resolve ~10 tickets/day with team support

  • Confidently triage and troubleshoot customer issues

By Month 6:

  • Pass your role competency assessment

  • Independently manage and resolve ~25 tickets/day

  • Contribute positively to team goals
