Role Overview
We’re currently seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our Service and Delivery team. In this dynamic, customer-focused role, you’ll play a crucial part in managing projects, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring our clients receive excellent service from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Provide order management and project support to customers and the Direct Sales team

Maintain and grow relationships with key leasing partners and funders

Regularly communicate with stakeholders to log updates via CRM, SAP, and SmartSheet

Coordinate communications regarding order requirements and updates

Understand customer needs and proactively address any service risks or concerns

Develop and manage accurate build plans, balancing internal resources with supply chain impact

Attend client calls and support the Direct Sales team with follow-up actions
Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship or project/account management

Strong communication skills across all business levels

High attention to detail with analytical thinking

Confident decision-making and problem-solving ability

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Excellent time management and organisation

Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Working Hours

37 hours per week over 4.5 days (Monday–Friday)
