About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our dedicated team of problem-solvers and product experts. In this role, you’ll deliver high-impact support for our growing base of customers in the private equity and investment management sectors.

What You’ll Do as Customer Support Specialist

  • Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions

  • Become a go-to product expert, guiding users through best practices and feature usage

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to solve customer challenges

  • Document issues and contribute to internal knowledge bases and support materials

  • Identify patterns in customer feedback to advocate for product improvements

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and internal process improvements

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with users to improve their overall experience

  • Support a positive and inclusive team environment

Qualifications

As Customer Support Specialist;

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or Business)

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional customer-facing or technical support role

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Comfortable with technical platforms and learning new software tools

  • Highly organized with excellent time management

  • Team player with a customer-first mindset and empathetic attitude

  • Flexibility to work London business hours as needed for customer or business requirements

Compensation

  • US Salary Range: $50,000–$62,500 USD

  • Canada Salary Range: $48,000–$58,000 CAD
    Final compensation depends on experience, location, and skillset.
