We’re hiring a Business Analyst (IAM) to document and enhance Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes while partnering with business and technology teams.
What You’ll Do

Document end-to-end IAM processes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Identify ways to improve efficiency, clarity, and consistency in IAM workflows.

Support project teams by maintaining requirements traceability and validation.
What We’re Looking For

Proven Business Analyst experience, preferably in IAM, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous environments.

Expertise in process documentation and requirements gathering methods.
