The Opportunity

Join EY’s Dallas Cybersecurity Center as a Senior Consultant – Identity and Access Management (IAM), where you’ll design, implement, and manage complex enterprise IAM solutions. In this role, you’ll work alongside industry-leading cybersecurity professionals, applying cutting-edge tools and techniques to address critical security challenges for our clients.

Our IAM services are central to aligning security strategy with business objectives, focusing on secure resource access, policy enforcement, and compliance. Backed by partnerships with leading technology vendors, EY offers a full range of IAM capabilities—from strategy and assessments to design, implementation, and support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) policies and rules to detect policy violations.

  • Configure SailPoint components including connectors, custom rules, workflows, and third-party integrations.

  • Implement, manage, and maintain enterprise IAM platforms.

  • Design and architect IAM solutions, including process reengineering and optimization.

  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

  • Utilize and integrate directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, along with MFA and SSO technologies.


Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Hands-on experience deploying and configuring IAM solutions, particularly SailPoint IIQ; familiarity with tools such as Okta, CyberArk, and Saviynt is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks and their integration into enterprise applications.

  • Proficiency in scripting and configuring custom rules and workflows in SailPoint IIQ.

  • Solid experience with enterprise directory services and SSO/MFA implementations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver technical solutions based on business requirements.

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality client solutions within deadlines.

  • Excellent documentation skills for processes, procedures, and user guidance.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field and at least 4 years of relevant experience (or a graduate degree with 3 years of experience).

  • Experience with IAM architecture and hands-on development in SailPoint or similar platforms (e.g., ForgeRock, Okta).

  • Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow functionalities.

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and/or passport; willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred:

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific (e.g., SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer).

  • Experience with additional IAM platforms (e.g., ForgeRock, Ping Identity, RSA).

  • Familiarity with cloud-based IAM and platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as CyberArk.

  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001).

  • Experience serving diverse clients across industries and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
