Cybersecurity Analyst

Join Jubilant HollisterStier, a leading pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical service provider in Spokane, WA, and a proud member of the Jubilant Pharma family. We are seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Analyst to protect our IT and OT systems from cyber threats, ensuring the security of data networks and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor OT/IT network traffic for security incidents and ensure swift response to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans on OT/IT systems to proactively mitigate security risks.
- Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies that maintain the separation of OT and IT networks in compliance with industry standards.
- Deliver security awareness training to employees, emphasizing OT security best practices and the importance of OT/IT separation.
- Assist in the deployment and management of security controls (firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption) tailored for OT environments.
- Thoroughly document and report all security incidents and responses, performing post-incident analysis to enhance future security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network or system engineering AND 5+ years as a Security Operation Center (SOC) or Cybersecurity Analyst.
- In-depth, hands-on experience managing IT systems is crucial.
- Desired: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Proven skills in threat analysis and mitigation, incident response and management, network security, and security auditing and compliance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- On-site, full-time position in Spokane, WA.
- Hiring Wage: $85,750 – $129,900 annually (commensurate with experience), with growth and advancement opportunities.
