Job Overview
UBS is seeking a Cyber Security Software Engineer in Raleigh, North Carolina to design, engineer, and deploy automation for Extended Detection & Response (XDR) workloads. This role is part of our Adversary Protection Engineering team, working on malware protection controls across our hybrid infrastructure in a global, diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design, engineer, and deploy automated XDR protection services.

Analyze system errors and define corrective measures.

Ensure secure infrastructure, production stability, and optimal performance.

Collaborate globally to enhance cyber defense capabilities.
Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering in large-scale enterprise environments.

Strong programming skills in Python, NodeJS/JavaScript, React.

Experience with major cloud service providers.

Proven ability to produce secure, clean, and efficient code.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English, team-oriented, and proactive.
