In this role, you will contribute to Starbucks’ success by delivering and supporting Vulnerability Management technology solutions. You will design and deploy solutions, manage risk data, and inform patching and remediation decisions for engineers and executives. This role bridges cybersecurity, analytics, and communication, surfacing data-driven insights and guiding technology owners toward actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Track communication and status updates with stakeholders across multiple channels

Create and update reports/ad hoc queries for decision-making and remediation

Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity developments and escalate global threats as needed

Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements in an Agile environment

Configure and maintain applications (attributes, workflows, UI changes)
-
Provide global support of critical systems (24/7 coverage as required)

Develop training, knowledge base articles, and systems documentation
-
Partner with compliance requirements (SOX, PCI, internal controls)

Lead small workstreams, mentor peers, and contribute to team conversations
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR 3+ years relevant experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
-
Experience with business processes, process improvement, and IT operations
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-
Knowledge of systems development lifecycle concepts
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data modeling, GraphQL, Power BI, Azure Data Factory
-
Strong reporting and SLA-based presentation skills
-
Hands-on experience with system analysis, troubleshooting, and project management
