Pellera Technologies is hiring a Cybersecurity Service Desk Agent to monitor, manage, and protect client systems within our managed services environment. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to break into the cybersecurity field with a focus on defensive security operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and secure client systems in real-time.

Identify, track, and investigate cyber threat campaigns and malicious actors.

Analyze threats across a wide range of technologies.

Escalate incidents following established processes.

Accurately document incidents within the ticketing system.

Communicate with clients professionally and effectively.

Perform additional duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

Strong passion for starting a career in cybersecurity.

Critical thinking and investigative mindset.

Familiarity with cyber threat actors, campaigns, and analysis techniques.

Understanding of security technologies (SIEM, firewalls, endpoint security, vulnerability management, patching).

Solid grasp of computing, networking, and security fundamentals.

Experience using a ticketing system (preferred).

1–2 years in a customer service role (a plus).

CompTIA certifications (a plus).
