What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop data-driven business solutions that align with company strategy and address customer needs, informed by thorough analysis and research.

  • Build reports and dashboards to track customer impact and operational performance.

  • Write clean, well-documented queries to extract and analyze data effectively.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior data to identify trends and uncover actionable opportunities.

  • Assess and recommend solutions that empower teams to solve challenges not addressed by current tools and help optimize business efforts to maximize customer value.

  • Validate the influence of key metrics on long-term business objectives through statistically sound methods.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Proven ability and passion for using data to inform business decisions.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Experience writing clean, well-structured, and well-documented code.

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in fields such as analytics, data science, or related areas.

  • Familiarity with at least one or two statistical analysis methods, such as decision trees, clustering, A/B testing, or regression models.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Quantitative Social Sciences, or a related discipline.

  • Preferred: Exposure to technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Neo4j, NumPy, and pandas.


Be Rewarded

Compensation typically ranges from $144,000 to $166,500, including profit sharing based on company performance. Exact compensation will be based on your skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, you’ll also benefit from company-funded retirement contributions.
