Job Opportunity: Business Data Analyst (Healthcare Client)

We are collaborating with one of our staffing partners to find a Business Data Analyst for a healthcare client. This hybrid role combines data engineering and analytics, making it perfect for candidates skilled in both areas. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, as well as building the infrastructure needed for efficient data processing. Your work will involve collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable business insights while optimizing data workflows and pipelines.

Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (some flexibility for exceptional candidates)
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.

• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that support decision-making.

• Build and maintain data warehouses and reporting solutions.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems.

• Create dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data strategy and architecture.

• Utilize SQL proficiently for querying and data manipulation.

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and building data pipelines.

• Familiarity with big data technologies like Apache Spark or Hadoop.

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex datasets.

• Proficient in Python, Scala, or R for data analytics and engineering tasks.

• Exposure to data orchestration tools like Kafka or Airflow.

• Basic knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
