Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team supporting the M360 data analytics and metrics project within the Edge Network Services (ENS) division. As part of the newly formed ENS Analytics team, you will drive data-informed decision-making by developing L1/L2/L3 metrics for critical processes and automating tracking of Opex and Capex expenditures. Your role will include designing scalable data solutions, automating data pipelines, enhancing data quality, and establishing robust metrics governance to support ENS operations. Additionally, you will create dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools to enable ENS teams to monitor, analyze, and leverage dependable data insights effectively.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably supporting infrastructure, data, and metrics.

Proficiency in Python scripting and SQL query writing.

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and network domain fundamentals.

Experience developing dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
Compensation:
Hourly rate between $40 and $55.
