Primary Responsibilities:

Design and develop customized reports and visualizations tailored to support operational performance and long-term strategic goals.

Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, offering insights that directly inform procurement strategy.

Partner with cross-functional teams to collect and integrate data from diverse sources, including Agile, Tableau, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Google Sheets.

Build and maintain dashboards that clearly present key performance indicators and business metrics to stakeholders.

Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
Key Focus Areas:

Aggregating and synthesizing data from multiple systems

Conducting high-level data analysis to derive meaningful insights

Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
Qualifications:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, business reporting, or a related role

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data modeling

Proficiency in Google Sheets and experience integrating collaborative tools

Strong background in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation

Experience with SQL or similar querying languages

Ability to clean, merge, and transform data from disparate sources

Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities

Effective communicator, capable of presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
