In this role, you will be responsible for entering manufacturing-related data into SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure accurate production tracking and process documentation. This is a critical role that supports the timely and compliant delivery of highly specialized therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input manufacturing data into SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems in support of production operations for Cell & Gene Therapy products.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency in all entries related to manufacturing processes, inventory movement, and production records.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) when handling data entry and documentation tasks.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to gather and verify necessary data for system entry.

  • Identify and escalate any discrepancies or system issues to ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain accurate logs of completed tasks and follow shift schedules as assigned.

  • Participate in shift-based work, including evening hours and weekends, particularly during peak periods such as August 2025 (note: shift requirements may vary throughout the project timeline).

  • Work will be conducted fully on-site at the Morris Plains, NJ facility.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business, or IT) is a plus.

  • Previous experience working with SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate.

  • Familiarity with or experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry is advantageous, especially in a GMP-regulated environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred, particularly in handling large data sets, using formulas, and performing data validation.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the project schedule.

  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to follow structured processes.
