About the Role
As an ARO Data Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert for ARO data—ensuring accuracy, clarity, and reliability across projects. Working closely with product, data, and client teams, you’ll transform raw information into actionable insights that resolve account issues, improve revenue cycle performance, and enhance client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with product and data teams to deliver accurate, actionable insights for ARO projects.

Serve as the SME for ARO data, providing guidance on missing or incorrect data.

Run and distribute monthly ARO performance and project-tracking reports.

Analyze data to identify gaps and collaborate with internal teams on solutions.

Act as the internal point of contact for all ARO data-related issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.

Manage and track support tickets through Salesforce.

Provide product support and maintenance for revenue cycle tools.

Monitor customer data via sFTP, SaaS platforms, and GUIs.

Support internal teams with ad-hoc AR reporting and data inquiries.
What You’ll Bring

Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Proficiency in SQL for writing and troubleshooting queries.

Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Knowledge of denial management and AR follow-up processes.

Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations (billing, AR, underpayment reviews, insurance eligibility).

Strong verbal/written communication skills—able to explain data to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience managing Salesforce support tickets.

Technical familiarity with revenue cycle products.

Confidence in client-facing interactions.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.

Collaborative mindset, comfortable in a matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with file monitoring and automation.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
