Role Overview
We are seeking a Remote Data Analyst for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience with real-world datasets in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates, international STEM OPT holders, or professionals transitioning into data analytics. You will collect, clean, and analyze data, transforming it into actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources for accuracy and consistency.

Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to address data needs.

Maintain documentation of data processes, workflows, and analytics methodologies.

Support ad-hoc data requests and exploratory analyses.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and one programming language (Python or R preferred).

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and modeling techniques.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting.
