Role Overview:

AcuityMD is seeking a Data Analyst to bridge data insights with business goals and support customer success. You will analyze large datasets, create actionable reports, and communicate insights that improve decision-making. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will contribute to the growth of healthcare technology in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers to understand goals and define reporting needs.

  • Design, build, and maintain customer-facing reports, dashboards, and analyses.

  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Identify recurring needs and propose scalable solutions.

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

  • Validate data accuracy, monitor quality, and resolve issues proactively.

  • Support configuration changes and organizational clean-ups.

  • Stay updated on data analytics best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • 1–4+ years of experience in data analytics or related field.

  • Strong SQL skills for working with large datasets.

  • Experience with visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex, or similar).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or consulting.

  • Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.

  • Familiarity with BigQuery and Looker models.
