Key Responsibilities of a Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst, you will:

Partner with customers to understand their goals and define data-driven reporting needs.

Design, develop, and maintain clear, insightful dashboards and reports.

Present findings in a way that empowers both technical and non-technical teams.

Identify recurring customer challenges and propose scalable, automated solutions.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align insights with platform capabilities.

Validate data accuracy, monitor flows, and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Support configuration updates and ensure optimal data environments.

Stay current on analytics best practices to continuously improve reporting.
Qualifications to Succeed as a Data Analyst

1–4+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar field.

Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming large datasets.

Familiarity with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex.

Ability to clearly explain data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience managing analytics projects and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in the medical device or healthcare sector.

Knowledge of Python for data scripting.
