As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in building structure and clarity around how data is defined, maintained, and used across the organization. Data Analyst Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will not only interpret data but also create structure and documentation that drives consistency and accuracy. You’ll ensure every process, from data flow mapping to reporting, is reliable and repeatable, supporting business teams with actionable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities for a Data Analyst
In this Data Analyst role, you’ll:

Build and maintain detailed data dictionaries for consistent usage across platforms.

Design and manage reliable, well-documented data processes.

Develop dashboards and reports to guide daily operations and strategic goals.

Analyze marketing, lead generation, customer journey, and operational efficiency data.

Collaborate with multiple teams to document data flows and translate findings into business insights.

Lead initiatives to improve data quality, proactively addressing anomalies and inefficiencies.

Support experimentation and A/B testing by designing data tracking and analyzing results.

Deliver clear, presentation-ready insights to senior leadership.
Data Analyst Qualifications
To succeed as a Data Analyst, you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years in a data analyst or business intelligence role.

Experience creating and maintaining data dictionaries and process documentation.

Expertise in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.

Strong communication skills to explain data concepts clearly to non-technical teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Preferred Skills for a Data Analyst
Ideal candidates for the Data Analyst position will also bring:

Familiarity with CRM data models (especially Salesforce).
