As a Data Analyst on the Revenue Analytics team, you’ll help refine and operationalize Lifetime Value (LTV) models that drive revenue recognition and financial strategy. You’ll collaborate across Finance, BI, Product, and Data Engineering to generate actionable insights on retention, performance, and strategic initiatives—with direct visibility to senior leadership.


What You’ll Do

  • Refresh and refine LTV models quarterly and integrate them into revenue recognition processes.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on LTV forecasting across commission, retention, cash, and customer metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, BI, Revenue Ops, Analytics) to monitor data quality and KPIs.
  • Analyze customer behaviors (e.g., churn, retention) and provide recommendations to improve performance.
  • Embed predictive analytics into forecasting, profitability analysis, and optimization projects.
  • Deliver insights through statistical analysis, visualization, and storytelling for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Support strategic decision-making while ensuring high standards of data quality and compliance.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in analytics or data science.
  • Hands-on experience with customer behavioral modeling (LTV, churn, segmentation).
  • Strong statistical background; skilled in ML models (time series, regression, segmentation, decision trees).
  • Proficient in Python (Scikit-learn preferred), SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau, Python/R packages).
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify technical insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of thriving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce, digital marketing, fintech, or insurtech a plus.
  • Familiarity with finance and accounting metrics is strongly preferred.
