Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our Technology Team. This role requires someone who is passionate about data clarity, consistency, and documentation—not just analyzing data, but building structure around how it’s defined, maintained, and leveraged across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives on creating data dictionaries, process maps, and repeatable workflows that ensure accuracy, transparency, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries to ensure consistent usage across platforms.
- Design and manage repeatable, documented processes to enhance reporting accuracy.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Analyze marketing, lead generation, operational efficiency, and customer journey data.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate data into actionable insights.
- Lead data quality initiatives, identifying and addressing anomalies or inefficiencies.
- Support experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization, etc.) through data tracking and analysis.
- Deliver polished, presentation-ready reports to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
- Proven ability to create and maintain data dictionaries and process documentation.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy standards.
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Salesforce reporting.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM data models and Salesforce.
- Basic SQL or data transformation experience (e.g., BigQuery, Zapier).
- Experience in healthcare, MarTech, or mission-driven organizations.
- Knowledge of marketing funnels and campaign performance metrics.

- Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000
