Senior Data Analyst Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll transform complex data into meaningful insights that improve NRG’s customer care operations. You’ll collaborate with leadership to design, build, and maintain analytical tools that support decision-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize Tableau dashboards and SQL-based reports.

Monitor and improve customer care performance metrics.

Lead strategic initiatives to achieve over $1 million in annual savings or revenue growth.

Partner with Director and VP-level leaders in a high-volume contact center environment.

Analyze purchasing, payment, and behavioral data to identify actionable trends.

Work with technology teams to integrate and manage enterprise data sources.

Present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Apply a consulting mindset to improve efficiency and service quality through analytics.
Senior Data Analyst Qualifications
To succeed as a Senior Data Analyst at NRG, you’ll need strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and communication skills. This position requires the ability to turn raw data into actionable business strategies.
Required Qualifications:

3–5 years of hands-on experience with SQL (preferably Snowflake).
