Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and maintain recurring reports and data uploads.

  • Identify and implement new reporting solutions in collaboration with team members.

  • Analyze recurring reports to uncover opportunities and provide ad hoc insights.

  • Manage incentive payment processing and ensure data accuracy.

  • Conduct research and data analysis to support business decisions.

  • Create forecasting models and accrual reports to assist with financial planning.

  • Communicate regularly with customers and utility clients to provide updates and insights.

These tasks require strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis.

  • 2+ years of experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Creative thinker with a solutions-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with energy efficiency program metrics.

  • Project Management Principles (PMP) certification or progress toward certification.
