What You’ll Do

  • Build strong partnerships with clients and collaborate closely with Commercial teams (Account Strategy and Sales) to develop strategies that align with shared goals and fuel business growth.

  • Conduct in-depth, ad-hoc analyses for leading US brands to optimize campaign performance, grow demand, and identify root causes of performance fluctuations.

  • Provide insightful client and industry trends related to shopper behavior and category performance; deliver insights through internal communications and external client presentations (virtual or in-person).

  • Design, execute, and analyze controlled incrementality A/B tests, and clearly present key results and recommendations.

  • Proactively gather and prioritize analytical, reporting, and tooling needs from Commercial stakeholders, creating self-service tools and automated reports using Tableau, Python, or other relevant technologies.

  • Lead both local and global initiatives, taking ownership as a subject matter expert as opportunities arise.

  • Stay up-to-date with Criteo’s suite of products, technologies, and market positioning.

  • Develop a strong understanding of Criteo’s buying models, including both direct and programmatic (real-time bidding) relationships.


Who You Are

  • Native-level fluency in English.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science).

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional, analytics-focused experience (experience in the digital/advertising industry is a plus).

  • Proficient in SQL.

  • Additional experience with Python, Tableau, Vertica, Hive/Hadoop is a plus.

  • A curious and self-motivated problem solver with the ability to independently structure and resolve complex challenges.

  • A storyteller at heart, able to translate complex data into actionable business narratives.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a broad strategic perspective.

  • Solid understanding of relational databases, data architecture, and real-world applications of statistical methods (especially in testing environments).

  • Skilled in presenting analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, internally and externally.

  • Passionate about data storytelling, blending technical expertise with strong communication skills.

  • A team player with the flexibility to work with a variety of personalities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
