We’re hiring a Director, Data Analytics to help shape the future of data and analytics at Kyruus Health.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the technical aspects of analytics, including infrastructure, data models, ETL/data movement, and advanced technologies (MCPs, LLMs, FMs).

  • Manage analytics systems, software, and vendor relationships (Matillion, Google Looker, etc.).

  • Partner with Product, R&D, and cross-functional teams to align analytics with business and customer needs.

  • Set priorities, clear blockers, recommend process improvements, and manage KPIs.

  • Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers, scientists, and BI developers (on-shore and offshore).

  • Stay current with industry trends (Generative AI, ML, NLP, real-time and predictive analytics, FHIR, healthcare personalization) to guide product investments.

  • Report to the VP of Engineering, Data & Platform within the Engineering & Technology division.

What You Will Bring

  • 10+ years of analytics or data science experience, including 5+ years in leadership.

  • Proven success leading analytics teams in high-growth, tech-focused environments.

  • Expertise in modern analytics stacks: cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), modeling (dbt), BI tools (Looker, Tableau), orchestration platforms.

  • Experience building self-service analytics and implementing governance, data quality, and privacy best practices.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bonus: Experience with experimentation frameworks and advanced analytics techniques.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: $193,000–$217,000/year

  • Additional Compensation: Annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits
