What You’ll Bring

Ideal candidates may have experience as Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, or Data Governance specialists. Your background may include:

Business Insight & Strategy

  • A track record of solving real-world business problems using data.

  • Experience presenting strategies and business cases to senior leadership or the C-suite.

  • Industry expertise to inform tailored data and analytics solutions.

  • Ability to design and implement data-driven products and services.

  • Proven leadership in building and guiding high-performing data and analytics teams.

Data Strategy & Governance

  • Strong knowledge of data technologies, architectural frameworks, cloud solutions, and emerging tech trends.

  • Experience leading data modernization efforts, including cloud migrations and platform/tool adoption.

  • Ability to architect and implement end-to-end data solutions across various business domains.

  • Conducting assessments of data management maturity and identifying issues in data quality, governance, architecture, and more.

  • Identifying governance gaps and assessing complex data ecosystems for areas of improvement.

Data Architecture & Engineering

  • Proficiency with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Experience designing and developing platforms for data lakes, data stores, ingestion pipelines, transformations, and APIs.

  • Familiarity with programming and scripting languages like Python, Node.js, and SQL.

  • Expertise in data integration tools and relational/dimensional database structures.

  • Hands-on experience with modern data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, Azure SQL/Synapse, or Databricks.

  • Ability to create data models aligned with specific business objectives.

Advanced Analytics & Visualization

  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Spotfire.

  • Experience with statistical modeling, artificial intelligence, and machine learning techniques and tools.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.

  • Familiarity with tools like Alteryx, RapidMiner, RStudio, and Tableau Prep for data prep and modeling.

  • Proven success in deploying enterprise-level reporting solutions while following data visualization best practices.
