Job Overview
Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Data and Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) Sales Organization. In this role, you will develop semantic data models and reporting tools that empower sales teams to improve efficiency, track performance, and uncover new growth opportunities. You will collaborate with all levels of the organization to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, providing insights into performance metrics, forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and market factors.
A Day in the Life

Develop and maintain enterprise-scale semantic models for sales orders, quotes, opportunities, and commissions

Integrate multiple data sources (SAP, Salesforce, external market metrics) for a complete view of sales performance

Enhance business processes upstream to improve efficiency and data quality

Automate routine reporting tasks and support a more mature data culture

Build and manage self-service reporting tools for sales, market trends, and commission performance

Support sales and customer incentive plan development

Create external-facing reports for customers and third-party representatives

Partner with market and account teams to identify opportunities and support business development

Contribute to strategic planning, quota setting, and long-term growth strategies

Serve as a subject-matter expert and mentor to upskill others in the organization
What Will Help You Thrive

Bachelor’s degree required (MBA a plus)

3+ years of experience building semantic models with Power BI
-
Advanced skills in DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and Excel
-
SAP experience highly preferred for model development and validation

Exposure to Git source control is a plus

Strong experience in developing, testing, and tuning complex models

Ability to create and manage SharePoint data integrations

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong decision-making, creativity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
-
Willingness to travel as required
