What You’ll Do

As a Network Systems Engineering Technical Leader, you will thrive in a dynamic, high-impact environment where your contributions will directly shape our success. You will play a key role in defining long-term strategies, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering innovative networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure while establishing configuration standards and best practices.
  • Optimize network performance by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with teams to drive enhancements.
  • Strengthen network security by developing and enforcing policies in coordination with security and partner teams.
  • Analyze intricate network systems to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate the deployment of advanced networking technologies, automation tools, and solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Conduct in-depth network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop comprehensive operational documentation, including detailed test plans and deployment procedures.
  • Assist in the strategic deployment of network management tools and automation frameworks.
  • Create and implement methods of procedure to ensure smooth network transitions with minimal service disruption.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong expertise in TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and network protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco hardware, including Nexus routers, ACI, ASA firewalls, and FirePower NGFWs.
  • Familiarity with networking and compute virtualization technologies (VRF, VDC, Linux, VMware, OpenStack).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of Enterprise and Data Center networking technologies.
  • Experience working with Cisco hardware and operating systems, including Catalyst, Nexus, IOS/IOS-XE/IOS-XR, NX-OS, and ACI.
  • Proficiency in large-scale network infrastructure support, network automation, and network availability management.
  • Basic understanding of Git and REST API.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in complex networking environments.
  • CCNP/CCIE certification (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Agile methodology, and CI/CD processes.
