IN THIS ROLE:
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting student success behind the scenes? We’re seeking a proactive professional to manage district pupil accounting and state reporting related to students. You will provide administrative support for enrollment, scheduling, data imports/exports, and reporting across all instructional and administrative systems within the assigned Oakland County district. This role involves maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders while overseeing the setup, operation, and upkeep of the district’s student management system.
WHAT WE NEED:

Provide guidance and support to local district staff on data entry in the student management system, focusing on pupil accounting and state reporting.

Manage all Michigan Student Data System (MSDS) submissions.

Coordinate and submit student data as required by regulatory agencies. Serve as the primary contact for pupil accounting functions between the assigned Oakland County district and Oakland Schools.

Develop and maintain expertise in the student management system used for enrollment, scheduling, and reporting of district programs.

Maintain organized records to meet State and Federal reporting and audit requirements.

Create and manage data imports and exports as needed.

Respond to various data requests and generate customized queries and reports.

Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other confidential documents.

Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus at least two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides comparable knowledge and skills.

Experience supporting users of Student Information Systems, ERP systems, or other large software applications.
