Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented ISIR / PPAP Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities, working closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Your efforts will directly support quality standards and customer satisfaction by facilitating the approval of new and revised parts for production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of ISIR and PPAP documents in compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to gather documentation, samples, and data for approval submissions.

  • Review supplier-provided documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with specifications and regulations.

  • Maintain organized records of ISIR and PPAP documentation.

  • Monitor timelines to ensure submissions are completed within project deadlines.


Qualifications

Education/Training

  • Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Experience/Skills

  • Experience reviewing PPAPs preferred.

  • Familiarity with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality principles.

  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Effective problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.

  • Quality certifications (Six Sigma, ASQ, etc.) are a plus.
