Join our dynamic Sales & E-Commerce team as a Data Entry Clerk and play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing product data. This position is office-based in Antrim, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for ensuring our product listings are accurate, consistent, and up to date, supporting the seamless operation of our online store.

Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:

• Accurately enter, sort, and clean product data in Excel/CSV files.

• Organize product information (titles, descriptions, categories, prices, images) for online listings.

• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all product listings.

• Prepare data for bulk import into the online store.

• Collaborate with the sales and web team to ensure data accuracy.

• Maintain product datasets and manage file version control.

Desirable Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, sorting, filtering).

• Basic understanding of product listings for e-commerce websites.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Comfortable managing large data volumes.
