We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to support our growing operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information within our databases and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain records in databases and ERP systems with high accuracy.

Perform data collection, transcription, and verification tasks.

Use Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) to manage and organize data.

Support order entry processes and keep accurate transaction logs.

File and organize documents for easy retrieval.

Assist with administrative tasks, clerical duties, and basic math calculations.

Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in line with company policies.
Qualifications

Proven data entry skills with fast and accurate typing abilities.

Experience using databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel preferred.

Prior office or clerical experience highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
