Job Description
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Data, Finance & Compliance Officer – ERN05610 to join our dedicated and friendly Work EastRen team. In this key support role, you will assist with finance management, data coordination, and compliance for employability programmes funded by the Scottish Government. As a Data, Finance & Compliance Officer – ERN05610, you’ll help maintain effective monitoring systems and support consistent, accurate data reporting. This temporary post offers hybrid working and the chance to contribute meaningfully to community-focused services.
Your Main Responsibilities
What You’ll Do as a Data, Finance & Compliance Officer – ERN05610

Coordinate finance and data reporting systems for employability programmes

Monitor compliance with funding and reporting requirements

Work closely with the Local Employability Partnership to provide regular performance updates

Support programme managers with accurate tracking of finances, outputs, and deliverables

Maintain efficient administrative records and ensure audit-readiness

Strong background in data management, financial tracking, or compliance reporting
