Job Description

Data manager to work in an outstanding all-girls school in central London, working closely with the Office Manager and the admin team you will be providing support across a range of areas in school. A large proportion of your role will include daily use of SIMS and you should have a very good working knowledge the SIMS system. The school are keen to look over Data manager CVs ASAP and meet Data manager’s over the next couple of weeks.

Data manager qualities

  • Pupil data management via SIMS.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to plan, organise, manage and evaluate data
  • Knowledge of parent pay (desirable)
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and all stakeholders
  • Keep a log of staff absences and monitor days of high staff absence that will require cover
  • Prepare and submit data for Census returns to the Department for Education
