Job Summary:
The Government & Social Impact (GSI) team is dedicated to empowering government and nonprofit partners through the use of advanced technologies to build trust, foster engagement, and strengthen communities. This global team supports government entities, election bodies, and nonprofit organizations by leveraging a robust network of interconnected data sets to better understand and serve a dynamic partner audience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation, maintenance, and quality assurance of the Managed Partner Set (MPS), which includes government and political data from various countries.

Collaborate with regional GSI Partner Managers to review MPS content and provide policy-driven recommendations.

Conduct thorough desk research to build and verify manual lists of government and political entities.

Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of submitted data workbooks.

Leverage tools like SQL, Python, and Excel to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and support scalable data operations.

Upload and manage partner data within internal CRM systems.

Support the GSI team during election cycles and in response to ad-hoc requests or data escalations by reviewing and updating relevant data sets.

Monitor and validate data integrity by collaborating with engineering teams during product updates and testing of data pipelines.

Identify anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and provide process and system improvement recommendations.

Track operational metrics and support optimization efforts to enhance overall data and partner engagement processes.
Minimum Qualifications:

5–10 years of experience in data operations, program management, or leading large-scale global data initiatives.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex topics.

Proven ability to analyze and derive actionable insights from data through dashboards and reports.

Proficiency in querying SQL databases and working with tools like Excel and Python for data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the government and elections domain, including understanding of political structures, international leaders, and legislative bodies.

2+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program/product management.

Experience in scripting languages such as Python or analytical tools like R.

Background in building or managing data pipelines.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Political Science, Government, or a related field.

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to draw recommendations from metrics and trends.

Excellent interpersonal communication for collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Technical fluency in reading and querying databases, analyzing data flows, and testing engineering systems and pipelines.
