About the job
The primary responsibility of the temporary Data Purchasing Coordinator will be to manage the stock administration and provide administrative support to Purchasing. You will also need to process manual transactions and transfers of goods to other Sensient sites.
What you’ll do:
- Review data sets of Raw Materials being transferred to Sweet & Beverage Business Unit from Savoury Business Unit
- Ascertain appropriate safety stocks of transferred raw materials
- Liaise with suppliers of transferred raw materials
- Review inventory levels of transferred raw materials
- Support the Materials Manager with general administration of transferring raw materials
What you’ll bring:
- Similar work experience in stock/data management/processing
- Familiar with ERP systems and stock control procedures
- Purchasing responsibilities and dealing with suppliers
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
