Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain large datasets across multiple platforms with exceptional accuracy.

  • Perform data validation, audits, and quality assurance checks to identify and correct inconsistencies.

  • Collaborate across departments to understand data needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Provide clean, reliable data to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making initiatives.

  • Document data workflows and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Manage data requests and inquiries professionally, meeting deadlines and service-level expectations.


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data quality, data operations, or analytics roles.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and Oracle preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or data management tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $49,500 – $65,000 annually (based on experience and location).

  • Eligible for annual performance bonus.
