This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and is full time with no travel required.
Your Impact as a Data Scientist

Partner with cross-functional teams to research and solve high-impact analytical problems.

Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover insights that guide critical business and mission decisions.

Design, build, and maintain machine learning models and predictive algorithms.

Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data pipelines, ingestion, and storage systems.

Present findings and actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support full-spectrum data management — including strategy, modeling, documentation, feed automation, transformation, cataloging, and governance.

Design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and BI reports to support operational and business objectives.

Integrate Tableau with SQL databases, cloud platforms, and other data sources.

Stay ahead of the curve on emerging BI trends, Tableau features, and data science best practices.
Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (mandatory).

7+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced skills in Python, R, SQL, and other data-focused programming languages.

Expertise with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) — data connection, manipulation, and performance optimization.

Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.

Hands-on experience with data warehousing and relational databases.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (both written & verbal).

Experience scripting and automating tasks within Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications

Tableau Certified Professional credential.

Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.

Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and security best practices.

Compensation
-
Salary range: $90,300 – $189,600 (based on location, experience, skills, and contract requirements).
