About the Role
In this remote position, you’ll take ownership of data-driven projects from start to finish. You’ll clean, analyze, and model large datasets, design experiments, and build machine learning models that directly impact business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends and insights.

Build, test, and deploy machine learning and predictive models that drive key business metrics.

Translate business challenges into actionable data solutions through statistical modeling and analytics.

Communicate insights effectively using visualizations and reports for both technical and non-technical teams.

Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to design and execute data strategies.

Design and conduct A/B tests and other experimental frameworks to validate hypotheses.

Maintain and enhance data pipelines in partnership with data engineering teams.

Stay current with cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and best practices in data science and machine learning.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

2–7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics roles.

Strong proficiency in Python or R, and SQL.

Hands-on experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost, or PyTorch.

Experience creating dashboards or visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, or Seaborn.

Deep understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical audiences.
