This Data Scientist role is central to powering predictive insights, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making across global teams. You’ll partner with product, CRM, and leadership teams to design experiments, build models, and generate analytics that fuel acquisition, retention, and monetization within a cutting-edge digital sports platform.

Data Scientist Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and CRM teams to define hypotheses and execute controlled experiments.
  • Develop predictive models for churn, lifetime value (LTV), segmentation, and cross-sell propensity.
  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and betting patterns.
  • Deploy models into production and manage live performance monitoring.
  • Build dashboards and automated insight pipelines for key KPIs.
  • Communicate data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to global stakeholders.

Qualifications for Data Scientist

  • 7–10 years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics within tech, gaming, or finance.
  • Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL for model development and analysis.
  • Strong expertise in statistics, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate quantitative findings into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Background in sports betting, iGaming, or fintech environments.
  • Familiarity with uplift modeling, causal inference, and large-scale experimentation.
  • Experience with ML pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow, MLflow, or Databricks.
  • Knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud ecosystems.
