Join iSpot as a Data Scientist and help advertisers measure the true impact of their TV and streaming campaigns. As a Data Scientist, you’ll work with the Client Data Science team to analyze complex datasets, build custom reports, and deliver actionable insights that empower clients to optimize media plans and campaign effectiveness. Your work will directly influence advertising strategies, helping brands make confident, data-driven decisions.
Data Scientist Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom client reports to provide actionable insights across TV and streaming campaigns.
- Analyze, aggregate, and manipulate data from multiple sources using Python, R, or SQL.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to understand requirements and tailor data solutions.
- Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to inform business decisions and measure performance.
- Create clear visualizations, dashboards, and written reports for stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
- Lead and participate in projects, balancing workloads and priorities across multiple initiatives.
- Document project progress, methodologies, and results using tools like JIRA.
Qualifications for Data Scientist
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or social science field; Master’s preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python or R, with at least 1 year of focused coding experience.
- 1+ year of project leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of data science, modeling, machine learning, and statistics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
