As a Catalog Data Specialist, you’ll ensure customers receive accurate product and application data while supporting the catalog team in maintaining high standards of integrity and consistency. As a Catalog Data Specialist at TERREPOWER, you will play a vital role in ensuring data consistency across our catalog systems. You’ll handle data research, validation, and reporting to support internal teams and external customers. This position blends technical expertise, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration—helping the company deliver the best possible product data while driving process innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Research, collect, and verify OE (Original Equipment) data applications and part information.

Identify OE samples requiring procurement and oversee validation of catalog and product content.

Develop and document processes to ensure data normalization and accuracy.

Maintain detailed status reports of collected and pending data.

Proof and validate catalog information to ensure the highest quality standards.

Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and suppliers for consistent data delivery.

Support monthly content delivery to e-catalogs and customers.
-
Validate and update internal systems with accurate vehicle or application data.

Review and correct discrepancies reported in e-catalogs or customer web catalogs.

Manage image workflows, including background removal, renaming, and submission.

Work cross-functionally with Content, Product Management, and Data teams to execute image and data processes.

Support the development of specialized market catalogs for sales initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.

2+ years of experience as a catalog or parts analyst with deep understanding of catalog compiling and mapping.

Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in PIES data, data mapping, and proprietary routing for retail customers.

Solid understanding of automotive parts and industry terminology.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, etc.).

Experience with image processing and management is a plus.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
