What You’ll Do

Develop a deep understanding of client businesses to provide relevant, measurable, and impactful strategic recommendations.

Lead the creation, development, and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks for a portfolio of client accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience in digital media analytics and insights development.

A solid understanding of media/marketing performance, including knowledge of various media channels, audience targeting, and data-driven recommendations.

Expertise in using data analytics to improve digital-first creative performance and optimize ongoing campaigns.

Sharp analytical skills, particularly in assessing multiple datasets and deriving actionable insights.

Skilled at evaluating creative campaign performance in relation to audience data, especially within tight timelines.

Ability to define key performance indicators (KPIs) that guide tactics and strategic decisions.

Experience in assessing and informing business and creative decisions by evaluating campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and define next steps to keep projects moving forward.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with advanced analytics in media performance data.

Salary Hiring Range: $135,000 – $160,000
Our salary ranges reflect competitive pay based on the size of our company and industry standards. This is one part of our comprehensive compensation package, which also includes bonuses, stock options, 401(k) matching, and more.
