Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data migration projects, transitioning from legacy Transfer Agent systems to modern database structures using ETL tools such as Informatica.

Define, document, and refine data migration templates, procedures, and tools to enhance efficiency and streamline conversion processes.

Conduct comprehensive data mapping, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure seamless implementation.

Perform data analytics to identify challenges and deliver actionable solutions that align with project objectives.

Evaluate and recommend process improvements for data migration, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Work closely with internal teams and external clients to guarantee smooth project execution, addressing both technical and operational needs.

Serve as a subject matter expert in stock transfer business processes and data elements, offering guidance to clients and team members.
Basic Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in the stock transfer industry, with a strong understanding of business processes and data elements.

5+ years of hands-on project management experience, including direct interaction with clients.

3+ years of expertise in ETL tools, preferably Informatica.
Preferred Skills & Experience:

Deep technical expertise in ETL program design and complex development.

Strong understanding of data file behaviors, structures, and transformation techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL, and ETL software.

Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000
