We serve OEMs in industries such as defence, security, rail, construction, recycling, and quarrying, offering state-of-the-art services including:

Shot blasting, painting, and final assembly
About the Role
Join our Defence Operations team, where you’ll perform MIG welding on armoured products and military vehicles. Your precision, skill, and attention to detail will be key in producing quality work to exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Weld carbon steel, armour steel, and aluminium in various joint configurations and positions

Set welding equipment parameters in line with WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications)

Review and interpret engineering drawings
-
Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality
-
Complete and record maintenance and safety checks
-
Ensure proper component marking and labelling
About You
We’re looking for driven, detail-oriented welders with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
Essential:
-
Minimum 12 months’ welding/fabrication experience
-
Proficient in using metal fabrication tools and equipment
-
Understanding of quality control procedures and customer-specific standards
-
Physically able to lift/manipulate large metal objects
-
Strong communication and team skills
-
Focused on quality with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Desirable:
-
Coded Welder certification
-
Advanced understanding of engineering design and procedures
-
Strong math and engineering knowledge
