Job Summary
Empire Distributors Inc., a leading beverage distributor, is seeking a motivated Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for delivering wine, beer, and non-alcoholic products to local customers, with daily home time, bonus opportunities, and industry-leading benefits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Drive safely to deliver beverages to customer businesses

Collect payments and obtain signatures upon delivery

Review and verify accuracy of customer orders

Handle product returns, empty containers, and keg pickups

Unload and stock products at customer sites
-
Set up promotional displays and issue marketing materials
-
Perform vehicle inspections and basic truck maintenance
-
Clean and maintain the delivery truck (interior and exterior)
-
Use electronic devices for route logs, clocking in/out, and compliance

Complete required training (e.g., Worklete, Pro-Tread)

Follow company safety policies and DOT regulations

Assist with warehouse inventory and product movement as needed
Requirements
Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred
-
1–3 months of related delivery, driving, or customer service experience
Certificates & Licenses
-
Valid state driver’s license (must meet company MVR standards)
-
Must pass DOT physical and obtain DOT card
-
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a state Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) permit
Skills & Attributes

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to lift, load, and unload all types of beverage products

Strong customer service and communication skills

Willingness to work physically in a fast-paced, delivery-based environment
