As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of complex projects and services. Our company has grown over 80% in just a few years, and we’re tackling exciting new digital transformation, software, and robotics projects.
The Delivery Manager ensures seamless execution within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This position involves managing cross-functional teams, aligning resources, and ensuring client expectations are met. Acting as a key liaison between the company and clients, the Delivery Manager drives communication, risk management, and high-value outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product teams to deliver top-tier technical solutions.
- Monitor performance, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
- Ensure coordination between As-Is delivery teams and migration teams.
- Drive communication with external vendors and other domains in collaboration with POs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in program delivery leadership and team management.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale programs/products.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Ability to foster teamwork, transparency, and collaboration.
